1. Terms of Service

Welcome to Do You Have a Dollar? (the "Service"), a comedic interactive platform operated by Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under applicable United States law.

By accessing or using the Service — including browsing the website, creating an account, submitting user content, or making a payment — you ("User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from persons under 18.

1.2 Account Registration

The Service uses email-based one-time password (OTP) authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any session tokens issued to you and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@demandshub.ai of any unauthorized access.

1.3 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

1.4 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of amounts previously paid.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

2.1 Payment Processing

The Service accepts payments processed through Stripe and PayPal, both third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you agree to the applicable terms of service of those processors in addition to these Terms. Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC does not store your full card number, CVV, bank account, or PayPal credentials; all sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by the payment processors.

2.2 Minimum Payment

The minimum payment to submit user content to the Service is One United States Dollar (USD $1.00). You may choose to pay any amount at or above this minimum. Higher payments confer a greater position in the Service's competitive leaderboard and increase the duration your submission remains featured.

2.3 No Refund Policy — Absolute and Unconditional

All payments made to the Service are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final. This applies regardless of:

• Whether your submitted content was subsequently removed from the leaderboard due to a higher-paying submission.
• Whether your content was removed for violating our Content Policy.
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or downtime.
• Your dissatisfaction with the Service or its features.
• Duplicate payments made in error.
• Any other reason whatsoever.

2.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree NOT to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal for any payment made to the Service. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such event, we reserve the right to (i) permanently ban your account, (ii) pursue collection of the disputed amount plus any chargeback fees assessed to us, and (iii) report the chargebeck to relevant fraud-prevention databases. We will vigorously contest any chargeback filed in violation of this policy.

2.5 Currency & Taxes

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your payment. Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC does not collect sales tax except where required by law.

2.6 Leaderboard Position — No Guarantee

Payment for a submission does not guarantee permanent placement in any leaderboard or featured section. The Service's leaderboard is dynamic and competitive; a higher-paying submission by another user may displace your content from featured positions. This is an inherent, disclosed feature of the Service, and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. Content Policy & User Submissions

3.1 License Grant

By submitting content (jokes, comments, display names, or any other text) to the Service, you grant Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

3.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group.
• Contains hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Constitutes or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activity.
• Infringes upon any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Contains personally identifiable information of any third party without consent.
• Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic.
• Is spam, commercial advertising, or phishing material.
• Impersonates any person, entity, or Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC.

3.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to review, moderate, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion, at any time, and without notice. Removal of content for any reason, including policy violation, does not entitle the submitting user to a refund.

3.4 User Representations

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the rights to submit such content; (ii) the content does not violate any applicable law or these Terms; and (iii) the content is not defamatory or harmful to any third party.

3.5 Comedy & Satire Disclaimer

The Service is intended as a comedy and entertainment platform. Content submitted by users is satire and humor. Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC does not endorse, verify, or fact-check any user-submitted content. User content does not represent the views of the Company.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

4.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. DEMANDS HUB AI SOLUTIONS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEMANDS HUB AI SOLUTIONS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES;
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA;
• ANY MATTER BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL;

ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE UNITED STATES DOLLAR (USD $1.00).

4.3 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party rights; or (iv) any content you submit.

4.4 Force Majeure

Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government action, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures (including payment processors and hosting providers).

5. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Service.

5.1 Information We Collect

• Email address — collected when you register or log in via OTP authentication.
• User-submitted content — jokes, comments, display names you voluntarily submit.
• Payment metadata — transaction amounts and timestamps. We do NOT store full payment card numbers, which are handled exclusively by Stripe and/or PayPal.
• Log data — IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps collected automatically for security and operational purposes.
• Cookies & Local Storage — session tokens stored locally in your browser to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

5.2 How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To process payments and associate submissions with your account.
• To display your submitted content on the public leaderboard.
• To moderate content and enforce these Terms.
• To communicate with you regarding your account or legal matters.
• To improve and secure the Service.

5.3 Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) — solely to facilitate payment transactions.
• Infrastructure providers (Cloudflare) — for hosting, edge computing, and DDoS protection.
• Law enforcement — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

5.4 Data Retention

We retain your email address and submitted content for as long as your account is active and as necessary for legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at privacy@demandshub.ai. Note: publicly-submitted joke content may remain visible for operational and historical record-keeping purposes even after account deletion, though it will be disassociated from your email.

5.5 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; object to certain processing; or withdraw consent. Contact us at privacy@demandshub.ai to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

5.6 Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to or intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

5.7 Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Service.

6. DMCA & Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All aspects of the Service — including its design, source code, graphics, branding, and the "Do You Have a Dollar?" name and logo — are the exclusive property of Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

6.2 DMCA Notice & Takedown

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at dmca@demandshub.ai including: (i) identification of the copyrighted work; (ii) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service; (iii) your contact information; (iv) a statement of good-faith belief; (v) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury; and (vi) your physical or electronic signature.

6.3 Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notice to dmca@demandshub.ai. We will process counter-notices pursuant to the DMCA. Note: submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the state in which Demands Hub AI Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Mandatory Arbitration

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Arbitration shall take place in the Company's principal place of business or via video conference. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be confirmed by any court of competent jurisdiction.

7.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration, and disputes involving intellectual property (Section 6) may be brought in court.

7.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS AGAINST US MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR MULTI-PARTY ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

7.5 Statute of Limitations

Any claim arising out of or relating to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
